Empowering Homeownership, One Family at a Time

Helping underrepresented communities unlock real estate knowledge, build generational wealth, and proudly hear the words: “Cleared to Close!”

About

CTC

At Cleared To Close, we understand the deep-rooted barriers many minorities face on the path to homeownership. Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Executive Director Marsean Randall—licensed real estate professional for over a decade—saw firsthand the disparities in access, education, and opportunity.

With Cleveland’s minority homeownership rate hovering around 41.4%, compared to 76% for white residents, we aim to close the gap by equipping individuals and families with real estate education, personalized mentorship, and community-driven support. We believe every family deserves to celebrate those life-changing words: Cleared to Close!
